Ms. Lu Jin  has been  practicing in a wide  spectrum  of trademark affairs for both domestic and overseas clients. She has accumulated much experience in handling various trademark matters in both Chinese   Mainland   and  Hong  Kong,  including  trademark applications, oppositions, dispute and cancellation actions as well as litigation.  Ms.  Jin  is  also in charge of the administration and protection of the global trademark portfolio of many multinational corporations and is familiar with the legal practices in different jurisdictions. With her knowledge of law and ability to communicate effectively in English and French, Ms. Jin continues to provide high quality professional service for domestic and foreign clients.
